Please note that the option to import an excel sheet as described is not available in Dataverse for Teams. An untested work around could be to import in a non teams environment, and then export/import the solution to the Teams environment.
Update: dont forget to make the sheet vlookup constant i.e. =VLOOKUP(L2,Sheet1!$A$1:$T$550,19,FALSE)
